Acceptable Property:
Rural/agricultural vacant land, not inside the city limits of any town of more than 2500 people. Must state that you intend to build someday, and that you intend to generate at least $500 annually in agricultural product (fruit trees, avocados, grapes, almond trees, cattle, etc.). No acreage limit.

Adjustments to Pricing:
Loans above $300,000 are slightly higher in rate. For stated income loans up to $150,000, add .50% to points.

Program Highlights:
No land/lot development restrictions such as county street/sewer/water/utilities.

Program Details:
Stated income to $150,000 at 85% LTV. 85% full income documentation to $300,000. Full income documentation at 75% if loan amount over $300,000 or acreage over 40 acres. 25 year amortization if over 40 acres.
